Wananchi walio wengi bado hawana taarifa yoyote kuhusu katiba, siyo ile ya zamani wala hii ya sasa.
Serikali nayo haina muelekeo mzuri kwa wananchi wake kwani kama kukiwa na mawasiliano mazuri kati ya serikali na wananchi wake basi katiba itakuwa nzuri ajabu

Ili pawepo na usawa katika swala la katiba mpya ni lazima viwepo vitu hivi
01. Uaminifu wa tume mbalimbali za kushugulikia katiba
02. Kujituma katika kubuni marekebisho
03. Kupinga rushwa
04. Kuzingatia maoni ya wananchi
05. Ushirikiano wa wananchi na serikali kwa ujumla
06. Kupinga ufisadi na rushwa
07. Kutetea na kulinda haki za raia
08. Uhuru wa mwananchi pasipo kweda kinyume na sheria za taifa
09. Uhuru wa tume kama vile:-
(i) Tume ya uchaguzi
(ii) Mahakama kuu
(iii) Wizara na taasisi Mbalimbali.
10. Uhuru wa vyombo kama:-
(a) Magazeti
(b) Redio
(c) Runinga
(d) Majarida na vipeperushi
TANZANIA NEW CONSTITUTION
Most people still do not have any information about the constitution, not the past or now this.
The government does not have a good attitude to its citizens as if there is good communication between the government and its citizens, then the constitution would be wonderful good

01. The credibility of the various commissions of the constitution deal
02. Commitment in the design review
03. Oppose corruption
04. Considering the views of citizens
05. Cooperation of citizens and government in general
06. Oppose graft and corruption
07. Defending and protecting the rights of citizens
08. Freedom of citizen without prescribed contrary to national laws
09. Freedom of commission such as: -
(i) The electoral commission
(ii) High Court
(iii) Various ministries and institutions.
10. Freedom of the media as: -
(a) Newspapers
(b) Radio
(c) television
(d) Newsletters and flyers
